We’re well and truly in to June now and our beer styles are certainly reflecting it! We’ve been working on some of our regulars and crowd favourites as well as some of our more seasonal beers & special one-off experimental beers!
We’re still focusing heavily on our darker, winter beers and they’re leaving the store as quickly as we can make them.
- Smokey Porter – Medium bodied dark beer with a smokey profile.
- Irish Stout – A rich, black and roasty stout with notes of chocolate and coffee.
- Oatmeal Stout – Coffee-like, bringing the nuttiness of oats to the fore.
- Russian Imperial Stout – Big, dark & chocolatey with notes of coffee.
- Baltic Porter – Rich malty caramel sweetness and dark fruit flavours will dominate, with just a hint of liquorice.
We have some of our popular & regular ales & lagers in store too:
- American Pale Ale – A combination of rich and biscuity malts support citrusy and clean hop aroma.
- Red X Double Secret IPA – High flavour profile. Increased grain bill for increased ABV
- Saison – A fruity, dry character with high attenuation and moderate bitterness.
- Australian Lager – A clean and crisp Australian lager, with minimal malt profile, medium bitterness, and restrained hop aroma.
- Fortnight Pale Ale – Grapefruit tastes feature in this refreshing brew.
- Pacific Ale -Smooth-bodied with a burst of citrus aroma from the fresh Australian Galaxy hops, our Pacific Ale Fresh Wort contains 50% Pale and 50% Wheat Malt.
- Single Hop Pale Ale – A very balanced Pale Ale. We brew a whole range of Single Hop Pale Ales, each with different hops to showcase the intricacies in each hop.
We also have a very special one-off experimental beer for all the ‘Hop Heads’ out there called Maxed Out. This is the hoppiest beer we’ve ever sold.
