Returns & Refund Policy

In the unlikely event you find a fault or flaw with the product, we will certainly accept the return and pay the postage.
We also offer one free exchange for normal purchases provided you notify us within 3 days of receipt of your purchases. 
When you notify us that you would like to exchange your purchase, you will be issued with an ‘authorisation to exchange’ number. 
We must receive goods within 7 days of authorisation to be approved for exchange or refund. Postage costs are not included in refunds.
Items must be returned in pristine condition, having not been used, with all tags and packaging intact. 
Damaged or altered items will not be exchanged and will be returned to you.
We regret that we cannot exchange or refund for purchases made during sales.
We are not responsible for return items that do not reach us. Please retain proof of postage.
