Spring is here and we couldn’t be happier! We have some great free workshops coming up that will help you prepare for the warmer months. We have topics that will cover everyones interests, from our loyal beer brewers/drinkers, to our sweeter bunch who are keen to dive into fruit wines, meades & ciders.

8th of September  Brew In A Bag Demonstration – ‘BIAB’ is great for those who want to try all-grain brewing on a budget! We’ll cover brewing water basics, crushing malted grains, mashing principles, boiling objectives, cooling & more.

15th of September Kegging & Carbonation Demonstration for those of you who are in the already kegging game or interested in pursuing it. We will cover carbonation, filling & purging, setting your regulator, maturing, line balancing & pouring basics.

29th of September – Country Fruit Wine, Cider & Meade Making Demonstration – We’ve been getting a lot of requests lately for beverages such as fruit wine, meades & ciders. So, without further ado, we’re putting on a workshop specifically for these! We will be covering topics including selection of fruit, preparation of ingredients, brewing stages, bottling and maturation & more.

6th of October – Introduction to Brewing – A workshop lineup wouldn’t be complete without our popular Introduction to Brewing! This is a great one for newcomers & seasoned brewers alike. We’ll be covering brewing basics such as what, when & how to brew good quality, commercial drinks for a fraction of the cost of commercial products.

We’ve been gaining a lot of traction on our workshops over the past few months and we’re overwhelmed by the response and support of our followers & customers and would like to extend a massive thanks to everyone who has come along. With that in mind we would like to remind you to please register for a ticket if you plan on coming to one of our workshops as we only have limited seats available.

We run workshops most Saturdays with a break roughly once a month and we are regularly adding new workshops to the list. So be sure to keep an eye out on our Events Page for upcoming free workshops.
