Dive in to the fascinating world of freshly brewed ginger beer in our ginger beer workshop. Ginger beer is a very versatile beverage that is great on its own as either full strength or low alcohol version. It can also be the base of a great mixed drink or cocktail.

We’ll be covering:

• Selection of ingredients
• Ginger Beer Prep
• Brewing methods and Ginger beer varieties
• Preparation and fermentation
• Bottling and maturation

Additionally for the first time we will be holding the demonstration in our newly opened venue called Bar 951

We will have available a range of great commercially produced ginger beers to purchase and try at the bar. It will be worth concidering a designated driver or a cab to this one. Don’t forget will also have 19 taps serving the best in craft beer and cider. Our well stocked bottle-shop means you now have the chance to take your favourite tipple home with you after the event.
