Mangrove Jacks M21 Belgian Wit Yeast is a top-fermenting yeast that balances fruity esters with the phenolics of warming spices. If left long enough, this yeast strain will drop bright and leave a sweetness in your beer. M21 is best utilized in Witbier, Grand Cru, Spiced Ales and other speciality beers.
Storage Recommendations: Store in the fridge
Usage Directions: Sprinkle directly on up to 23 L (6 US Gal) of wort. For best results, ferment at 18-25 degrees C (64-77 degrees F).
