Great for a range of wheat beers, Mangrove Jack’s M20 Bavarian Wheat yeast is a great choice for traditional German Hefeweizens. If you’re chasing a balance of banana esters and clove-like phenolics, this is a brilliant and versatile yeast. With a wide temperature range, brewers can expect a great deal of character from this strain and experimentation with fermentation temperature is recommended for best results.
